Course Summary

Yoga is one of the 6 philosophical systems of India. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is its reference manual and Bhagawad Gita is also studied along for a deeper understanding of the Yoga system

At Shrimath, we follow Yoga as taught by Swami Satyananda. This course serves as an entry point to anyone who wishes to understand Yoga, set up their personal practice and instruct others
