Course Summary
Yoga is one of the 6 philosophical systems of India. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is its reference manual and Bhagawad Gita is also studied along for a deeper understanding of the Yoga system.
At Shrimath, apart from the above, inputs & processes from Gheranda Samhita, Siva Samhita, Hatha Ratnavali, Hatha Yoga Pradipika & Yoga as taught by Swami Satyananda are taught
